What The Chart Shows

The chart displays the hourly maximum concurrent SIP lines in use. Each point is the highest per-second value recorded within that hour.

  • Blue line: hourly max usage.
  • Dashed trend line: rolling average to show longer-term movement.
  • Yellow line: monitor threshold (near capacity).
  • Red line: capacity hit threshold (exhausted lines).

Threshold Logic

The red line is the hourly max rounded up to the nearest 10. The yellow line is set a small, capped gap below red so it remains meaningful as capacity grows.

  • If yellow appears frequently, keep an eye on usage.
  • If red appears often, you are regularly exhausting capacity.

Time Range & Zooming

Use the preset range buttons (7, 30, 90, 180, 365 days) or set a custom date range. You can also click-and-drag on the chart to zoom into a specific time window.

  • Drag to select a range on the chart, release to zoom.
  • Use Reset to return to the default 7-day view.

Average (Open Hours)

The average is calculated only for school open hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00–16:00 AWST), and excludes Western Australia public holidays and school holidays.

Hits At 10 List

This list records every timestamp where usage hit 10 lines. It filters to the selected date range and paginates after 50 entries.

Data Refresh

The dashboard reads hourly rollups generated from per-second logs. The rollup script also refreshes public and school holiday data every 24 hours.
